Infanion BVBA with its registered offices at Peulisbaan 27, 2820 Bonheiden, Belgium (hereafter referred to as THE TRASHAP TEAM) built the Trashap app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by THE TRASHAP TEAM at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our SERVICE.

Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our SERVICE, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our SERVICE, the time and date of your use of the SERVICE, and other statistics.
Uploading a picture of trash
We want to inform you that when you upload a picture of trash on a public place (hereafter referred to as TRASHIE) in Trashap you should be aware that besides the TRASHIE you also upload your GPS location of the moment and of the location you took the TRASHIE. This GPS location is only used to show your TRASHIE on Google Maps. The GPS location linked to the by you uploaded TRASHIE will not be used for any other purpose than showing your TRASHIE on Google Maps. Your Personal Information, except the username you added while creating a user account, will never be shown on Google Maps.
We want to inform you that the collected data linked to a TRASHIE (except your Personal Information) might be shared in a database format to third parties like e.g. but not limited to, city councils, government administrations, non-governmental organisations. Your Personal Information will never be shared.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
